If you provide a link to a single video, we will download that video. If you provide a link to a channel, we will download all videos under that channel.

If you are a monthly member, we offer 20 downloads. If you are a three-month member, we offer 30 downloads per month. If you are an annual member, we offer 60 downloads per month.

Because the information you submitted already includes download information, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.
